Please read these terms carefully before using LearnMonie. By using the platform, you agree to be bound by these conditions.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using LearnMonie in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform. These terms may be updated periodically and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any revised version.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of Nigeria to use LearnMonie. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. LearnMonie reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that show signs of being shared, compromised, or used in violation of these terms.
4. Earning Activities
Earnings on LearnMonie are generated through legitimate activities including daily logins, referrals, sponsored tasks, and course participation. Any form of artificial inflation of earnings — including the use of bots, multiple accounts, fake referrals, or click fraud — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of earnings.
5. Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to meeting the minimum threshold for your plan. LearnMonie reserves the right to withhold or reverse payouts if there is reasonable evidence of fraudulent activity, policy violations, or disputes. Processing times are typically 24–48 business hours.
6. Referral Programme
The referral programme is subject to our fair-use policy. Referral commissions are only payable for genuine new users who have not previously registered on the platform. Self-referrals or attempts to game the referral system will be disqualified.
7. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use LearnMonie to: (a) create multiple accounts, (b) use automated scripts or bots, (c) engage in any form of spam or unsolicited referral marketing, (d) post misleading or false claims about the platform, (e) attempt to hack, breach, or disrupt platform infrastructure, or (f) violate any applicable Nigerian laws or regulations.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on LearnMonie belong to LearnMonie and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without express written permission. User-generated content (such as profile information) remains owned by you, but you grant LearnMonie a licence to display and use it in the context of the platform.
9. Limitation of Liability
LearnMonie is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform. The platform is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We make reasonable efforts to maintain uptime and accuracy but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our discretion if these terms are violated. You may also request deletion of your account at any time via the Contact page. Upon termination, any outstanding and legitimate earnings may still be withdrawn, subject to review.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from the use of LearnMonie shall be resolved in accordance with Nigerian law and within the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
